Not what I was Expecting to see considering we had a confirmed appointment that we drove 2 hours to see the vehicle. He never asked our names, never introduced himself, and never gave us a business card. When we sat down to talk money he was very rude talking about my trade in, saying I can 100 % guarantee you that your vehicle will go straight to auction. Not what a person wants to hear after taking excellent care of his vehicle for 15 years. Not a experience I would recommend to anyone. ”
