“ We had a 12:00 appointment on Saturday with Tabby. When we walked in a young man approached us and asked if he could help. I told him of our Appointment and he said he could help us. He didn’t know about our appointment but when I told him which vehicle we came to see, he said oh It’s out here. He pulled it up from the lot, and it was full of bird shit, and tree sap, and dirt. Not what I was Expecting to see considering we had a confirmed appointment that we drove 2 hours to see the vehicle. He never asked our names, never introduced himself, and never gave us a business card. When we sat down to talk money he was very rude talking about my trade in, saying I can 100 % guarantee you that your vehicle will go straight to auction. Not what a person wants to hear after taking excellent care of his vehicle for 15 years. Not a experience I would recommend to anyone. ”
