Sometimes it feels like there are only two seasons in Wisconsin: winter and road construction. Driving on Wisconsin’s wintery roads is challenging enough, and some days it feels like winter is never going to end but eventually the sun returns. Although it seems as soon as the snow melts the orange construction cones replace the snow banks along the roadside. If you are like me I would do anything to avoid construction back-ups, I would prefer to take a longer route than sit stopped or going obnoxiously slow on the highway.
