I was surprised at how hard they worked to get my business and their willingness to negotiate price both for my trade and the new vehicle. I would definitely recommend shopping with them!

I have recently leased a 2101 Toyota Yaris. My reason for leasing this particular model is the fact that I am quite short and this is the first car EVER that has fit my needs. This is the third used vehicle I have purchased from Hesser Toyota. That should tell you something right there. Shelton did a fantastic job making us feel comfortable during the whole process. Personable staff and friendly service! During this “pandemic”, it was nice to be around normal people. Yes we wore a mask, but your staff made us feel like we weren’t. We talked about Road America and y’all made us feel like friends rather than just another customer.

I have been doing business with Hesser since 2004 and have always had good experiences. Carolyn Jones made buying a car easy and fun! Rosie was very helpful when I came in the next day to pick up my car. Overall the staff is great!
