Pretty positive——no big pressure I felt-I must of taking 4 or 5 different vehicles for test spins. I see they have some pretty clean vehicles on lot. By clean I mean clean-well taken care of vehicles- no junky looking stuff. You never know what will happen with your vehicle 6 months after you buy, no one does but good things start with well maintained vehicles.

We brought our Highlander in for an oil change and while we were waiting near the coffee area a very nice gentleman offered us something to drink. We ended up having a conversation with him about our other Toyota vehicle. He patiently listened to us explain our issue and offered his opinion. What a wonderful experience not to have a pushy salesperson bothering us, instead the owner pleasantly gave advice to correct an issue. We were genuinely impressed with his customer service and would recommend his dealership to others. Thank You!

After a failed deal and a bait-and-switch with two other dealerships in Illinois, I contacted Hesser Toyota and couldn't be happier. Within minutes, Tabby reached out to gather my info and deal requirements. From the start, I could tell Hesser was not your typical dealership. Shortly after, the sales manager, Rosie, provided a straightforward offer for my trade with absolutely no games or misrepresentations. We had a deal for a 2026 Tundra TRD Pro from start to finish in less than one hour and ten minutes! When I arrived the next day, Rosie and Stephen welcomed me. Stephen took the time to show me the truck and get my profile set up perfectly. Even though there are probably 20 Toyota dealerships closer to my home, Hesser is the only one I’ll go to from now on. Tabby, Rosie, and Stephen, thank you for being honest and real. An added bonus, my son loves the truck too.

My experience from the sales team to The sales manager, Josh was excellent. I’m a Chevy guy and glad that They just happen to have a Chevy equinox that I was interested in Because they were hands-down, excellent professional, and courteous. It would even have me considered to buying a Toyota in the future after a Chevy equinox. If anyone looking to buy, they have something that you like, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them just for this simple fact that they’ll give you the respect and courtesy that you deserve

Dan’s (salesman) communication was honest, straightforward, helpful and transparent. The finance process was also easy and no pressure. We weren’t upsold on other “options” like many dealers do. A local mechanic told us our Toyota needed new shocks and quoted us a price. We called Hesser Toyota and their estimate was over $100 lower. We drove 45 minutes from home to Hesser. During the vehicle inspection, we were told the shocks looked fine and the vehicle did not need new shocks, saving us hundreds of dollars. Many thanks, Hesser Toyota!

Purchased a new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. Carolyn Jones was the sales person. Very helpful. Toyotas have a good reputation so there doesn't need to be any high pressure salesmanship. The car sells itself. Our car was ordered from the factory, because the cars sell so fast, there wasn't any on the lot. Carolyn noticed that there were no front floor mats in the vehicle, so she ordered them to make sure we had them. Great car so far. Lots of bells and whistles to get use to. Ask us in about a year when we are completely familiar with the car and we will be able to give a more accurate review.

Easily the best truck buying experience I’ve had to date!

Toyota dealership. Service department is fair but SOP is to choose most expensive repair path, as in the entire module vs one part.

Unfortunately cannot sell online to someone out of state.

People are friendly and helpful. Our salesman was not pushy, and we really appreciated that.

We had a 12:00 appointment on Saturday with Tabby. When we walked in a young man approached us and asked if he could help. I told him of our Appointment and he said he could help us. He didn’t know about our appointment but when I told him which vehicle we came to see, he said oh It’s out here. He pulled it up from the lot, and it was full of bird shit, and tree sap, and dirt. Not what I was Expecting to see considering we had a confirmed appointment that we drove 2 hours to see the vehicle. He never asked our names, never introduced himself, and never gave us a business card. When we sat down to talk money he was very rude talking about my trade in, saying I can 100 % guarantee you that your vehicle will go straight to auction. Not what a person wants to hear after taking excellent care of his vehicle for 15 years. Not a experience I would recommend to anyone.
